Step 1:
Initial Consultation
- We want to make sure VCC is a great fit and addition to your project by being able to provide the quality service in the timely manner you are looking for.
Step 2:
Follow Up
- Recap of meeting and scopes of work from initial meeting.
- Setting up final measures and trade partner meeting.
Step 3:
Send Estimate
- Estimate may take 2-4 weeks+ depending on the scope of work required.
- Estimate will list the project in detail and price point.
Step 4:
Contract Agreement
- Once accepting the Estimate a Contract agreement is required.
- Deposit is required for purchasing material and securing start date.
Step 5:
Project Planning
- Provide Drafting designs, architect, and engineers (if necessary.)
- Apply for permits.
- Order materials and schedule trades.
- Start date & project planning.
Step 6:
Begin Project
- Begin project from start to finish.
- Send update to client through the process or walk-throughs as necessary.
Step 7:
Punch List
- A final walk-through with client to ensure
the build is at 100% & client is Satisfied.
Step 8:
Final
- Discussion of project.
- Final payment.
- A happy client with their dream build!
